Ross Dilworth

Head of Strategy and Partnerships, Baton Systems

Ross Dilworth is Head of Strategy and Partnerships and leads our Network Businesses at Baton Systems. In this role, Ross works closely with clients and partners to drive the development of Baton’s industry-driven networks, enabling institutions to optimise liquidity, collateral and financial resources and orchestrate activity across traditional and digital assets as they prepare for always-on, real-time markets.

Before joining Baton, Ross spent more than 25 years in senior leadership roles at JPMorgan, BlackRock and Barclays across markets, banking, asset management and transaction services businesses. These positions included leadership of global Liquidity, Collateral, Risk, Regulatory and Strategy functions, as well as managing bank relationships across FIs and FMIs.

During this time, Ross was a key participant in various industry initiatives and fintech ventures, representing these institutions on industry, regulatory and corporate advisory committees, boards and task forces. His contribution supported the development of market standards, operating models and collaborative partnerships that have enabled industry progress whilst transforming many business processes to support market-leading businesses and client franchises.
