Luis De Los Santos is Vice President of Sales for North America at Baton Systems. He is responsible for driving growth and deepening relationships with financial institutions across North, Central, and Latin America. Luis is focused on helping banks modernize how they manage liquidity, collateral, and payments, enabling them to gain greater control over cash, funding, and operational risk.

Luis brings nearly a decade of experience spanning banking, treasury, enterprise sales, and financial technology. He began his career in the Treasury Division at Banco BHD, where he managed foreign exchange operations, liquidity, funding, and bank relationships, gaining first-hand experience with the treasury and operational challenges financial institutions face every day.

He later joined PMC Treasury as a Treasury Solutions Consultant, advising organizations on treasury transformation, liquidity management, cash forecasting, and bank connectivity to improve operational efficiency and control.

Most recently, Luis was responsible for  enterprise sales and strategic account management across North America at ION Treasury, partnering with financial institutions and corporates to modernize treasury operations and address complex liquidity, funding, and cash management challenges.

At Baton, Luis is leading the company’s growth across North America, helping financial institutions transform the movement of cash and collateral through real-time, connected infrastructure.
