Ravindra Madduri is the Global Head of Product Management at Baton Systems. He brings 25+ years of experience across Banking and FinTechs to the role.

Prior to joining Baton, Ravi was Head of Enterprise Products at Paysend and previously was Global Business Head for Payments-as-a-Service at Finablr. Ravi’s banking career spanned Barclays, RBS, ABN AMRO & Citigroup in Payments & Cash Management. There, he held leadership roles across product management, client propositions, strategic transformation, innovation and business change. He is involved in an advisory capacity to founders of early-stage start-ups in the EduTech & MedTech space.

At Baton, Ravi is focused on product management, product delivery & design management across every step of Baton’s product lifecycle — from development to positioning and pricing — driving growth though customer focused business transformation.

Ravi holds an MBA from London Business School and a MTech from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. He currently resides in the UK.
