Ragu Raymond

Ragu is responsible for delivering client success in implementation and ongoing support for Baton Systems’ Cleared Collateral solutions.

Ragu joined Baton following a 10 year tenure at J.P Morgan, now one of the world’s largest clearers, focused on Derivatives Liquidity Management and Collateral Optimisation. At J.P Morgan he developed new teams – sharing knowledge and expertise to create analytical treasury platforms for investments.

Working in the Global Clearing Treasury team, Ragu developed an in-depth understanding of the processes required to normalise and optimise CCP data, the daily challenges faced by clearing members and the processes required to effectively manage liquidity in real time. Ragu went on to become a subject matter expert in collateral eligibility and optimisation for clients and CCPs. 

Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Ragu worked in the Derivatives Prime Services division at Deutsche Bank and in Derivatives at Bank of America.

Ragu holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Surrey.
