Ross has over 25 years of experience leading services and transformations across a range of businesses at JPMorgan, BlackRock, and Barclays, including roles such as Global COO, and responsibilities in Liquidity, Collateral, Regulation, and Strategy functions. In these roles, he has been responsible for resiliency planning and coordinating responses to some of the largest market events and disruptions, as well as spearheading innovations in risk management with both internal and external partners. Ross is currently working with clients in financial markets and fintech domains, providing strategic consultancy and advisory solutions across various areas, including risk, product design, client and partner engagement, and corporate strategy.
